The markets as always are trading in red and strong IT sectors, all sectorila indices are trading in negative node. Metal are the biggest looser at this hour whereas, auto, banking, capital goods, oil and gas are trading in red too. The sensex is trading at 15391, down 282 points from its previous close, and Nifty is at 4783 down 84 points. The CNX midcap index is down 1.75 while the BSE SMALLCAP index has lost 1.3% till now .The market breadth is negative with advances at 328 ponits decline of 1118 on the NSE.
Top gainers on the BSE Midcap: Greaves Cotton, Aurobindo Pharma, Vaarad Ventures, Dewan Housing and 3M India were up 2-3%.
Top losers on the BSE Midcap: Mcleod Russel, Emami, KSK Energy Vent, IFCI and MTNL were down 5-6%.
Top gainers on the BSE Smallcap: PG Electroplast, Geometric, Gravita India, Sandesh and Guj Amb Exports were up 6-8%.
